Jamie is one of three founding Directors of Megara, a team that has some 50 years of combined experience in quality property development.
In starting any project, Jamie first looks for a unique environment, preferably beside our beautiful coast, that can be developed to give people a special place to call home. More than that, a big part of Jamie’s drive is to establish vibrant, nurturing communities that will stand the test of time.
Felipe Soto
ARCHITECT
Felipe is an experienced Design Director and co-founder of Space Collective Architects.
Felipe’s bold conceptual thinking can be seen in the architecture of some of Perth’s most striking residential buildings having worked with Hillam Architects for many years. As the Strategic Design Lead for Serai, Felipe developed the overall concept and is responsible for ensuring the conceptual logic of Serai’s design is carried through to its completed architecture.

Michael brings over 15 years experience across a diverse range of projects throughout Australia.
Along with the wider team at ASPECT Studios, he strives to create places which excite and inspire in meaningful ways, whilst addressing the complex strategic, environmental and functional requirements that contemporary cities demand.
