Since returning from the holiday break, Serai has been making steady progress, with both towers taking shape and fit-out work advancing across all areas. As each level rises, the development gains momentum, ensuring a smooth transition into each new phase of construction.
Works actioned through January and February
Over the past couple of months, the following works have been completed:
- Completion of level 2 structure.
- Progress of level 3 structure (North tower).
- Completion of Level 4 structure (South tower).
- Columns on level 4 in preparation for the start of level 5 (South tower).
- Progress of fit-out works in the lower & upper basement and ground floor.
- Start of townhouse structures.
